2: Business Capability Org Assessment: How do you do what you do? How have you integrated and automated your business processes? Executive sponsorship + department heads (for example Sales and Ops Management), how is Salesforce/ or the proposed work stream is mapped to your vision and strategic objectives.


Output: Gap analysis between Business and Technical. Focused on user centred design and adoption, guided business processes etc utilising our internal feature framework.
